![]() ![]() There are female service advisors who speak poorly about others and then act like they are friends. This has created such a hostile work environment between tons of people and departments. Wilde also discourages coworkers from working out their problems amongst themselves. I felt like I could not go to her about coworker issues (mind you, there are a TON throughout the dealership) without her being judgmental or not caring about them. Receptionists, cashiers or schedulers would talk to her about any issue they were having and she would brush it off like it was not her problem. She seemed to be nice and easygoing at first but unfortunately, a couple of months in, she stopped advocating for her employees. Over the course of a few months, there were staffing changes, including a new manager, and everything went downhill fast. I had a couple of great coworkers, my manager was awesome and the work was steady. ![]() Working here was not an issue when I first started. One thing I really enjoy about working at Wilde is that it's a company that has a lot of integrity, and has the best interest of the customer in mind. I think the hardest part of this job along with most other customer service jobs is trying to please everyone that walks through the doors/drive - I feel like our team does a pretty great job at this but there's always one or two here and there that tend to be difficult. One person in particular who bullied other girls and actually got physical with people was one of them. Management made the decision recently to let go a couple of employees that were very toxic to the company and it has definitely made a positive impact on our work environment. You need to be motivated and have the ability to work with all types of customers! ![]() It's definitely competitive being in sales/service because it is commission based so if you expect work to be handed to you this may not be the job for you. The customers do.Ī typical day at Wilde will definitely keep you moving! Most of the time it's very busy which means more money in your pocket and a fast paced exciting day. Full transparency would be more suitable instead of greed n profit. Don’t let them fool you with that $250 coupon for buying an car in future. Prepaid maintenance is the hook line and sinker to really push people. They will sell for $895 which is state max. So once you buy a car as a customer the finance department doesn’t take no when they are pitching you products for 2-5x cost. Profit is generated by service fees, finance and marking up the interest rates. Wilde still has same perception as 80% of dealerships. Obviously, the car market is insane with prices inflated because of lack of inventory. If you’re in sales or management for the long haul this is the place to work in madison for pay plan purposes. ![]() There is not much room for growth unless you a favorite or started in the roll. Generally, you hit your goals or maximize profit you’ll do well. If you’re an average salesperson or manager you’ll get average pay. You need to maximize it, work a lot of hours and treat customers well. The best part of Wilde is there pay plan. High volume store and definitely seeks to grow year over year. ![]()
